I posted this last night and played with some more effects today. I like it a little better like this. Posted by Picasa

Back to the impressionist effects. They seemed to work well with this photo. Posted by Picasa

This one turned out kind of fun. I planted this tree a few years back and this is the first year I have gotten a several blooms. I took some close ups of the blooms as I liked thier shape. For this one I added a glass efect which made an interesting outcome. Posted by Picasa

I shot this picture yesterday. It probably exemplified my mood. The funny thing is that the sky really did not look like this and I did not do anything to enhance or change this picture. I like the dramatic feel which is funny as in so many other areas of my life, my mantra has been "cut the drama".So go figure. Posted by Picasa

This one is interesting. It started as a picture of the stairs in the pool with the water and light reflections. I added a mirro effect and now it reminds me of a rorsarch picture. It would be interesting to know what images people see in this. Posted by Picasa

More water photos. This was the shot that I was really hoping would turn out. It is a little more blurry than I would like. I will have to try it again. Luckily I have all summer to perfect my underwater skills. Posted by Picasa

Isa's leg Posted by Picasa

Playing with our underwater camera. I found this camera in our closet. I thought it had been long lost but I guess that it was just buried under other other junk. I played around with it at my sister's pool. I did not necessarily get the shots that I wanted, although some of them are interesting. I need to work on my focusing abilites as mostly everything was out of focus. Once I get that down I think I will end up with some interesting effects. The combination of sun light reflections, water movement and shadows against the grey blue of the pool is very pretty. Here again in the next two shots, my kids are the subjects. This is my son actually flipping through the water. He is part fish. The picture above this one is my daughter's leg. Posted by Picasa
